Richard Blackburn joins MediaCo
MediaCo, the Manchester-based outdoor media owner, has appointed Taxi Media commercial director and former Kinetic regional managing director Richard Blackburn as its first commercial director.

Blackburn will be charged with leading the commercial development of the business using his contacts at both London-based and regional agencies and specialists.
