In 2015, at the Budapest Congress, the first ever FEPE Awards were launched with 4 categories - Lifetime Achievement, Leadership, Technical Innovation and Creatives Classic.
The category of Creatives Digital was added in 2017 and then, in 2018 the Rising Star category was introduced.
At the Toronto Congress in 2022 we will be presenting the first ever WOO Awards!
A separate nomination form needs to be completed for each candidate. You can only nominate 1 person for each award category.

An Independent Awards Committee will select the Awards recipients from the list of nominations.
The Awards Committee includes the current President, the past Presidents (still active in OOH), two Board members, the recipient of last year’s Lifetime Achievement Award, plus a recognised Creative Director for the Creative Award.
This is awarded to someone who has devoted his or her lifetime career to the Out of Home medium and who is widely respected and recognised by his or her peers.
This is awarded to someone who has distinguished themselves by continually demonstrating leadership through a pioneering approach to Out of Home. Someone who is an inspiration to others.
This is awarded to someone who has already made an outstanding contribution to the OOH industry and who is aged 30 or under. They should be either employed by / connected to a company directly involved in the OOH medium, i.e. an OOH media owner, specialist or technology provider. The person nominated must be aged 35 or under on 1st March prior to the Awards in that year.
This is awarded to a supplier or Out of Home company that has developed a new product or a breakthrough technology, that pushes our industry forward.
This is awarded to an Out of Home creative execution which demonstrates a brilliant use of our medium and is considered to be a memorable, and effective piece of work.
