WOO names first three speakers for APAC Regional Forum in Seoul

The World Out of Home Organization has named the first three speakers for its first Regional Forum in Seoul, South Korea. The Forum,  the fourth in APAC following Bali, Kuala Lumpur and the Annual Congress in Hong Kong two years ago, will be held from November 5-7.  The Forum is organized in partnership with the Korea Out of Home Advertising Association (KOOHA) headed by Chairman Chang Hoon Woo.
