The Asia OOH Seminar in association with WOO will take place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on 12–13 November 2026, bringing together OOH leaders from across Asia for two days of discussion, learning and collaboration.

Following the momentum of the Shenzhen gathering earlier this year, the Ho Chi Minh City seminar will focus on some of the region’s most important priorities: audience measurement, programmatic DOOH, automation, AI and greater cross-market collaboration.

Audience measurement in Asia

The programme will open with a video welcome from Tom Goddard, President of WOO, followed by sessions examining the next stage of audience measurement in Asia.

Ichiro Jinnai will explore Audience Measurement 2.0, while Daniel Wang Chi Man of Ipsos will make his first presentation in Asia, sharing perspectives on the development of more consistent and comparable OOH measurement standards.

Vietnam will also be firmly in focus, with Henry Nhut providing an overview of the local OOH market and Tomohiro Mashiba of NTT DOCOMO sharing perspectives on data-driven OOH and the opportunities emerging in Vietnam.

Programmatic, automation and AI

Programmatic and automation will form another major part of the programme. In a special video contribution, Charles Parry-Okeden will introduce findings from the WOO × PwC global programmatic OOH data, setting the global context for a region where programmatic DOOH still has significant room to grow.

The discussion will then move towards the next stage of trading and automation, with contributions from Ken Wong, Michele Low Richards of Stellar Ace and Laetitia Lim of Quividi, covering AI, agentic advertising, retail media and the increasing role of data in OOH.

Agency and media-owner perspectives

The seminar will also bring together agency and media-owner perspectives from across Asia.

The Media Owner Perspective, moderated by Daewon Kim, will feature Duckhwan Min of Plan B Media, Thailand; Jeffrey Kwek of Moove Media, Singapore; and Shinya Tanaka of Media Dept., Japan.

The programme will also include a surprise presentation from Edward Lim, adding another fresh perspective to the Ho Chi Minh City discussion.

Day two: from presentations to action

Day Two will shift from presentations to action. Led by Rebecca Chang, delegates will take part in workshops focused on Audience Measurement and Automation, identifying areas where Asian markets can share knowledge, collaborate and develop practical next steps.

The seminar will conclude with a Ho Chi Minh City OOH media tour and closing remarks from Agung Prihambodo.

Designed as an intimate regional gathering of around 100 industry leaders and practitioners, the Asia OOH Seminar aims to create something simple but important for the region: more dialogue, more collaboration, more impact.
