WOO Awards - Judges 2026

The WOO Awards are decided by an independent committee of senior figures drawn from across the global Out of Home industry — media owners, agencies, technology specialists, researchers and clients — appointed for their depth of experience and the breadth of perspective they bring to the work. Each judge reviews the nominations in their assigned categories, places their gold, silver and bronze picks, and records the reasoning behind their choices. Judges are asked to recuse themselves from any category in which they have a direct commercial interest.

The committee is led by a Chair of Judges, who oversees the process from end to end and resolves any procedural questions that arise during deliberation. In addition to chairing the committee, the Chair selects a single recipient of the Chair of Judges’ Award — a discretionary honour given each year to a person, campaign or organisation whose contribution to Out of Home most exemplifies the standards the awards exist to celebrate.
