Mastercard’s Transit Tales
"London marks a real moment for the WOO Global Awards. Ten years on from when we first launched them, the Awards have grown into the international benchmark for excellence across our industry, and it feels fitting that we celebrate the decade in what is shaping up to be the largest and most important Congress in WOO's recent history.
"The shortlists this year reflect just how far the channel has come. The quality, ambition and creative range of the work submitted across Classic, Digital and Special Build is genuinely outstanding, and the Sustainability and Technical Innovation entries show an industry that is thinking seriously about its future, not just its next campaign.
"It will be a real task for our Independent Awards Committee, chaired by Matthew Dearden and joined by two past Presidents, two current Board members and a number of leading industry experts and creatives, to choose between them. And the Technical Innovation Award, judged live on the Congress floor by delegates themselves, promises to be every bit as hard-fought.
"Whatever the outcomes on Thursday June 4th, every team on these shortlists has already pushed Out of Home forward. We're looking forward to celebrating all of them in London."
