On Tuesday 14th April, WOO and Moving Walls hosted a landmark webinar tackling the single biggest question facing the OOH industry on sustainability: how do you move from commitment to measurable action?
Whether you couldn't make it on the day, or you attended and want to revisit the key takeaways, the full recording is now available exclusively in the WOO Members' Area.
From Commitment to Action:
Making Net Zero OOH Practical, Measurable, and Commercially Viable
As Scope 3 emissions reporting reshapes the advertising landscape, brands and agencies are demanding measurable carbon data from their media partners. This 45-minute session, presented by Moving Walls in collaboration with WOO, cuts through the noise and delivers practical, actionable guidance on making net zero OOH a commercial reality — not just an aspiration.
What the Webinar Covers
- The growing role of OOH within Scope 3 emissions reporting — and what this means for your business
- Practical approaches to measuring emissions at campaign and individual screen level
- How carbon data can inform media planning, trading and optimisation decisions
- Alignment with emerging industry measurement standards including the Global Media Sustainability Framework
- How sustainability readiness can strengthen your commercial positioning with advertisers and agencies
Why It Matters

Across Europe, the UK, Asia and the United States, sustainability reporting requirements are tightening. Media investment is now firmly within the scope of corporate emissions scrutiny, and OOH media owners, agencies and planners are being asked increasingly detailed questions about carbon impact, measurement standards and reporting transparency.
OOH already has a powerful sustainability story to tell — analysis using the Green GRP in Germany has shown that Out of Home produces significantly lower CO₂ emissions per thousand contacts than other media channels, and in the UK 90% of the energy powering the OOH sector comes from renewable sources. But the gap between commitment and implementation remains wide. This webinar addresses that gap directly.
