Bartosz Hojka, President of the Management Board & CEO, Agora Group
Agora Group CEO Bartosz Hojka will deliver the keynote address at the World Out of Home Organization Regional Forum in Warsaw, Poland from October 21-23.
#WOOWarsaw26
The Forum will be held at the Radisson Collection Hotel in conjunction with the OOHlife trade association.
Bartosz Hojka has led one of the most diversified media groups in Central and Eastern Europe for more than a decade. Under his leadership, Agora has become the most far-reaching media group in Poland, combining a unique portfolio of assets spanning digital publishing, radio, cinema, print and Out-of-Home. A key pillar of this success has been Agora’s leadership position in Out-of-Home through AMS, alongside a consistently executed digital transformation strategy.
Bartosz Hojka is Mr Media in Poland and his company Agora Group shows exactly the important role Out of Home plays in today’s multimedia ecosystem. We’re delighted and honoured to have him as our keynote speaker at the Poland Forum in October.

Bartosz Hojka
President of the Management Board & CEO, Agora Group
For the past twelve years, Bartosz Hojka has led Agora Group through one of the most ambitious transformations in Polish media. Under his leadership, Agora has become the largest media company in Poland, reaching over 16 million people every day. He strengthened its leadership in cinema and out-of-home advertising, built a thriving film production and distribution arm, and oversaw the acquisition of Poland’s second-largest radio group and its merger with Agora’s own stations - unlocking a step-change in scale for audio.
He also pushed Agora to the forefront of the industry’s digital shift. Wyborcza - Poland’s leading quality daily - pioneered the country’s first digital subscription model and now ranks among Europe’s leaders in paid content, with more than 300,000 digital subscribers.
Since 2021, Hojka has served on the Supervisory Board of WAN-IFRA. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Digital Publishers’ Employers, the General Council of the Lewiatan Confederation (Poland’s largest business confederation), and the board of the Polish Chamber of Press Publishers.
