London Congress 2026
FINAL CALL:
Registration for the WOO London Congress 2026 Closes This Friday
Time is running out to secure your place at the World Out of Home Organization’s 2026 Annual Congress in London. With registration officially closing this Friday, 29 May, delegates have just days left to join what is set to be the largest and most important gathering in WOO’s recent history.
Returning to London for the first time since 1990, the Congress will be held at the Park Lane Hilton from 3–5 June, and is expected to attract a record number of delegates.
Creativity and celebration at the forefront
Creativity will be the driving force of this year’s Congress, culminating in the highly anticipated WOO Awards 2026. Get inspired as WOO announces its global award winners, celebrating a huge variety of campaigns — from brilliantly located classic 6-sheets to the most dramatic of special builds.
A star-studded global lineup
Headlining the event is keynote speaker Jean-François Decaux, Co-CEO and Chairman of JCDecaux. As the eldest son of founder Jean-Claude Decaux, he leads the world’s biggest OOH media owner, which boasts an annual turnover of almost €4BN with major operations across the globe.
The comprehensive agenda is built to tackle the industry’s most pressing challenges and growth opportunities:
- Four Strategic Pillars WOO will announce major initiatives led by its Board of Directors to champion the industry’s future. Tim Bleakley (Ocean Outdoor) will head up Creativity; Katrin Robertson (blowUP media) leads on Sustainability and the AdNetZero carbon calculator; Charles Parry-Okenden (OMA) focuses on Data and Measurement; and Kai-Marcus Thaesler (B|A|M) leads the action plan on Regulation creep.
- Accelerating Audience Measurement The Congress will launch the highly anticipated WOO Global OOH Audience Measurement Guidelines 2.0. A dedicated panel bringing together representatives from five contributing measurement bodies will explore these new themes in depth.
- In the Hot Seat — The UK’s Big Three A major panel featuring the leaders of the UK’s top OOH media owners: Dallas Wiles (Co-CEO, JCDecaux), Justin Cochrane (President and CEO Outdoor, Bauer Media) and Mike Gordon (Global Chief Commercial Officer).
- US OOH Stars Insights from top American industry leaders, including Sean Reilly (CEO, Lamar) and Nick Brien (CEO, OUTFRONT Media).
- Industry Evolution Critical sessions on “The new shape of the specialist buying model” — exploring the retreat of ad holding companies, AI automation and the rise of independents — and “Why Out of Home needs to think BIGGER” to accelerate modest growth against digital platforms.
Don’t miss out on this unparalleled opportunity to see the future of OOH in action.
