Alight Media Founder and CEO Matthew Dearden lifted the lid on Retail Media at the World Out of Home Organization's forthcoming Europe forum in Milan earlier this month.
Dearden, Founder and CEO of Alight Media and a former President of FEPE International, addressed the topic Retail Media: Reality & Myth. Retail media, he said is a fashionable hot topic – but what does it mean? Is it, on the one hand, just an ad on Amazon? Or, on the other, a poster in a mall? What is the role of data? Where do the ad budgets come from?
