Perion, a major player in global multi-channel advertising technology across search advertising, social media, display, video and CTV, has completed the acquisition of digital Out of Home technology company Hivestack for up to $125m. The deal makes Perion one of the global leaders in the rapidly expanding field of programmatic DOOH, impacting DOOH media owners, advertisers and agencies.
